We're happy to announce that we've added a new section to our practice exam: Scrum in Practice. This section steps beyond the theory of the Scrum Guide and covers some of the practical aspects of Scrum. It will teach you things like:
- who has the final authority to decide the length of the Sprint
- what steps are involved in test driven development
- how to calculate and use the team's average velocity
...and much more.
The Scrum in Practice questions are accompanied by quotations from Scrum gurus like Mike Cohn, Kenneth S. Rubin or Ian Mitchell, and links to the articles or forum posts where the answers can be found.
The new section currently contains 29 questions. We're hoping to expand it with time and cover more aspects of practical Scrum implementation. If you have any suggestions, don't hesitate to contact us.
